Services Associated Design Group provides complete architectual services from the conceptual phase through construction administration. "AD" has enjoyed great satisfaction in helping our clients meet their design needs. As design professionals we are able to tailor our services to the individual needs of the client and to the individual requirements of the project. We are able to distinguish what degree of services are rewquired to best serve the client's budget. We do not believe in unwarranted services. The best interest of the client is foremost. "AD" provides surveys and feasibility studies for additions, conversions, and remodels; as well as, ground-up construction. We provide coordination with governmental agencies, expedite building permits, provide fully developed architectual and engineering documents and construction management services." "AD" also provides construction administration services which include helping the client through the bidding and contract phase of construction, as well as, monitoring the work progress when the job has begun. As projects vary considerably, "AD" strives to determine the proper services required for each prospective client and we base our fee accordingly.
